3. Refund Policy

4. Appointment Policies
a. No-Show Policy
Clients who miss scheduled appointments without notice will be charged a £80 no-show fee.
Appointments will be automatically cancelled if the client is more than 15 minutes late.
After two missed appointments, rebooking may be restricted.
b. Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance without penalty.
Changes made within 48 hours are subject to stylist availability and may incur a rescheduling fee of £50.
c. Group Sessions
For any group or corporate sessions, all participants must be present at the start of the appointment.
Late arrivals may shorten or forfeit the scheduled session time.
d. Online Session Requirements
Clients booking online colour analysis sessions must submit required photos and details at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Failure to provide the requested materials may result in cancellation or a rescheduling fee.
5. Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically via email or your client account after successful payment.
Please ensure your email address is correct to avoid delivery issues.
If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@fashion101london.co.uk.
6. Membership and Academy Access
Products or courses that include membership access (such as Fashion 101 Academy programs) are accompanied by individual login credentials.
Access to exclusive content, masterclasses, and private community groups will be communicated via email after enrolment confirmation.
